Both indicators are the same code, still we can see one line is at different pivot price.
The only rational explanation is some differences in prices.
Same broker, same instrument, same code...

BTW. The original t27_OsMA+PDC 3.5.ex4 shows the same on MT4.

I have no idea what you think that this indicator is???
For me, it is highly BTEv-compatible, so I can clearly see how good it is for me.
However, what would I base an EA on???
A BreakOut Line is what it is - a potential level.
The price has no obligation to respect it, even if it breaks the level.
Therefore, this is a game - a likelyhood game.
Better go with trend and look for Sells if price respects Resistance Zones in Bearish Slopes and Tendencies.

Look, I spent many hours and a Pro Codex worked on the .ex4 for many hours, plus another 6+ hours making sure that the code produces identical results as the original .ex4. And then I spent even more hours converting it to MQL5, with some AI help.

Oh, and so far I have not seen any repainting behaviour.

For me it's like this:
I want to take 1 trade during the time I am at the computer.
And, I need to see it clearly in the context of the ADR for the day.
I want to Sell when price is high and at Resistance, if the tendency is Bearish.
I want to Buy when price is low and at Support, if tendecy is Bullish.
I want to get whatever I am able to get.
