strange , why isnt this news mention in metals mine , am i missing something, so much new fighting ongoing and none of it is mentioned, crazy

My friend, to be honest, I'm not even sure how to explain it properly.
At first, I was trying to find a high-probability pattern or recurring behavior using technical indicators or chart patterns. But once I started coding those ideas in Pine Editor, I realized they were far too complicated for me.
So I changed my approach. Instead of building a complex strategy, I started with a very simple indicator that only provides buy or sell signals. Then I experimented with a few basic parameters, such as how deep the pullback should be before entering, along with fixed take-profit and stop-loss levels.
With that approach, my strategy is based purely on probabilities.
Initially, I tested it with just a single 0.01-lot position. The backtest showed a 78–80% win rate, but the risk-to-reward ratio was quite poor. So I experimented with adding a second position, and surprisingly, the overall profitability improved significantly.
At the moment, I'm testing it on a very small live account and simply trying to make the most of one active setup at a time.
The only reason I'm sharing this is because someone earlier asked for help finding a repeatable trading setup—something they could execute consistently. I thought my experience might be useful. I'm not trying to convince anyone to trade the way I do; this is simply the approach that currently makes the most sense to me.
For me, the setup itself is the confirmation.
For example, yesterday my setup was bullish, so I would never have opened a sell trade—even though there were plenty of reasons or signals that could have justified selling. Once I have a valid setup, I stick with it and ignore trades in the opposite direction until that setup either reaches its target or is invalidated by the stop loss.

you dont need to cut winners short, that's just greed. you aim for the LQ zones and wait to see how price reacts there then move your profit stop up

Having targets or knowing where the price can go....(Target) ...you have many choices about how you can manage the trade.....but when doing fixed RR it's not that feasible...but for the trade style of MR T ...I am sure. He has 10s of RR each trade.......

And about that original comment....I think that's just a exicution and planning gap and can be fixed easily..... because people who only plan the CONTEXT and Entry will always struggle when their half planned trade go into profit and they panic thinking how are they even in profit....while the solution to this is using a fixed RR Ratio like 1:1 rr or A TARGET.... Which can be a external liquidity external highs (from lime chart)

I'd argue it's the sitting and waiting that MAKES us. Market will NOT pay you if you're taking these low probable trades, relatively. My question to you would be why are you entering in trades that aren't hitting your TP. I went through the same exact problem the entirety of June with worse losing streak than you can imagine. Word of advice: Your TP is JUST AS IMPORTANT as your SL! Specially with instruments like gold that can be very volatile and wipe your bum in a minute if you ain't looking.

It's not the sitting and waiting that's killing you, it's not having enough patience and emotional control for you to ride out the wave and trust in your system. A losing trade executed on your confluences aligned without the hindsight is much better than a partial win you took that ain't your system.

Again, just my opinion and I can be wrong
