If you're interested, I mainly trade on the 1H timeframe. When I'm starting out, I try to use the smallest position size possible so any losses stay small. I don't focus too much on the lower timeframes because there's just too much information happening at once for me. When you say you trade mainly the H1 what does that means? you look for price action setups based on the hourly candles or do you use the range of the previous hourly candle as reference for your trades? See, the problem with trading price action setups is that they are directly tied to the area where they form. I give you an example: a pinbar followed by a continuation candle on the top of a range is likely an exhaustion push preceding a reversal to the inside of the range, the same setup on the bottom of the range is likely an A+ setup leading to a push into the inside of the range or maybe further. That´s why is so important to have a reference to rely on instead of just price action.
