Personally, I prefer to have a trend bias when trading. It works well for me. I'm not sure how other traders interpret or adapt that bias in their own trading. For example, we live in a multicultural society. We understand our own culture and adapt to it, but we don't fully understand other people's cultures or how they adapt and live according to their own cultural norms. It depends on WHO YOU ARE. If we don't even know ourselves, it's extremely difficult to achieve our goals. IMHO

Gang just a quick question, I'm on tradovate for futures and want to trade gold. Do I trade the gold contracts ( MGCQ6 )? I've seen multiple screenshots where people trade xau/usd on Trading view I suppose and that's just what felt right to me.

Morning guys and ladies!
from seeing the sweep of Asia low but clearly no strong displacement to me 4026 is acting now as minor resistance with the current low for support brake above 4026- 4032 is then in play and that may change the bias for London session if we see 4032 brake. Personally gone long on sweep tight stop pretty aggressive entry but that’s how I like to trade tights stops.
4022 brake door
is open for 3980 maybe even lower to 3940-3920

I'm not committed (married) to H1, but I also have reservations (bias) about it. I have to, because of my personal goals. All personal goals can only start with a price offering. RRR is guidelines. Not more, not less. Just personal reference. Don't blindly follow. IMHO
