I don’t usually share personal things publicly, but this one matters.

I’ve never used psychedelics to escape anything. My life is good, and even during the trip I wasn’t running from anything. I was fully there. But dopamine is a different story.

I’ve always had an extreme personality. When I go into something, I go all the way.
Last month, my confidence flipped on me.
My brain convinced me that I didn’t need the backup money I saved for my work. That I’d pass everything from the first try. And I burned it the same way I used to burn my own money before.

When I realized what happened, it hit me.
Not in a dramatic way. Just a clear moment where everything made sense. And honestly, I’m glad it happened now. Better to learn this lesson at a small cost than at a time where the numbers are bigger and the damage is real.

This time I understood something I never saw clearly.
THC wasn’t psychedelic for me. It was dopamine.
And dopamine doesn’t change you. It just removes the distance between you and your impulses. It shows you the version of yourself that acts without intention.

That’s why awareness matters.
Not to fight your personality.
But to understand exactly where it can take you if you’re not paying attention.

I’m intentionally becoming the person who deserves the future I want.
Not someone who keeps repeating the same loop with full confidence and zero awareness.

Life isn’t about right or wrong.
It’s about how you choose to see what happens to you.
And this mistake turned into one of the clearest moments I’ve had in a long time.
