Hi there. I was a newbie, too, for a long time. I traded with many prop firms (like Hola Prime and others) until I discovered my how to actual make the trade and pass the challenge. It's an interesting procedure nonetheless and I would recommend you to check some YouTube videos before buying a challenge.

I understand why it feels misleading. Most prop firms calculate the Max Daily Loss based on your intraday equity, not just your end-of-day balance, so even if the trade recovers later, the breach still counts. One thing I've appreciated with Hola Prime is that their rules are explained clearly upfront, which makes it easier to manage risk without surprises.
