You need to understand the size of the problem Washington D.C. is trying to solve.

The new FED Chair is just smudging it away so you don't notice.

Move number 1 in the government playbooks is this - You say the right words.
- The brand new Fed Chair (Kevin Warsh), just made his first international appearance in the European Central Bank in Portugal.

Every Analyst was watching and here's what he said.
"The Federal Reserve would not be happy with inflation above 2%.
- Said he would deliver price stability

And the Market kind of loved him, but here's what I need you to see because this is where the magic trick happens.

The Feds own forecast said it will be 3.6% this year.

The Word say one thing but the action and reality says something else.

- Then in real terms in cost of serving that debt is slightly negative.

Same thing happened with the World War 2, WWII. Government had massive above the debt.
They let the inflation do its thing. 106% inflation to 23% in about 20 years.

Basically a silent tax.

They keep the markets calm and let inflation do its thing.
