I just didn't want loose the train, not going above this....
I explain, yesterday volume average open was 12k, yesterday we close not usual, no taking profits in 1h tf...
So the close was at 4308.92 plus 12k as retracement it give 4320.92, top is at 4325.85.
If we look as average is not bad... But like yesterday sell and buy pressure is perfectly seen in price.
Now it can be a top that high...


And 2nd position not activated that was the best and at one level.

And a potential botton downside is around 4270 and 4258 and this last price having 1h closing below just don't fight if we go there. Can reverse but will mean heavy sell pressure.
Now take a nap....

We need to specify ourselves: WHO AM I FOR TODAY? As a trader, making decisions is very important, whether we choose to be a Scalper, Intraday, or Swinger. Scalper didn't have any specific decision. It's always changing. Sell or buy is a scalper behavior. Unlimited hunting. But if traders choose to be intraday or Swinger, they are already setting their minds with aim and targets based on bias either toward bearish or bullish. Intraday and Swinger are more focused on scheduling their trade, allocating time to analyze, and focused on being more relaxed and less stressed/pressured.

It depends on ourselves. Only ourselves know WHO WE ARE to be. But a dilemma always happens. All about the probabilities and uncertainties.

IMHO, all the above just represent myself and personal reminders.

anyone looking at the JPY BOJ news with the interest rates? How big of an effect do we think it'll have on the markets if they raise to 1%

bit of stalling around 23..6 4334 level
fib from last candle before gap to yesterdays swing high. I reckon multi rejections there could push price back to 4300 or nice clean brake back to 4350-4370 level

again back to the same levels as yesterday europe opening.. 4335 and nearabouts. this time asia low is higher than yesterday but is it really bullish I dont think so

Has anyone here had consistent success using the Ichimoku Cloud indicator to trade XAUUSD?
I'm interested in hearing real experiences rather than just theory. Do you use Ichimoku as a standalone system, or do you combine it with price action, support & resistance, market structure, or other confirmations?

A few questions:
• Which timeframe works best for you on XAUUSD?
• Do you focus on Kumo breakouts, TK crosses, or cloud support/resistance?
• How do you handle ranging markets when price is inside the cloud?
• What are your biggest strengths and weaknesses when using Ichimoku on Gold?

Feel free to share charts, trade examples, or lessons learned. I'm always looking to improve my understanding of Ichimoku and how other traders apply it in the fast-moving XAUUSD market.
