Good points about the 4300 area.
For me, 4300 is not an automatic buy level, but more of a decision area. If gold comes into that zone, I would want to see how price reacts there:
1. Does it reject cleanly from the area?
2. Does it hold above 4300 after the first reaction?
3. Does the next push show continuation, or does momentum fade quickly?
If 4300 breaks and price starts accepting below it, then the 4240 area becomes more interesting as the next bigger support/reference zone.
With XAUUSD, I think the hard part is not only finding levels, but judging whether the market actually respects them. So I prefer to read it as: level first, reaction second, continuation third.
Just my view.
