best thing I ever did was delete every timeframe below 15m. Mainly watch 1hr/4hr now. That 1 minute timeframe was not good for my strategy, but it was addicting to just watch it.

that is the maturist step you took as developing trader
because bigber picture has less noise
compared to smaller time frames
as well as less stress
so yes
good approach
scalping is not for everyone
it indeed is stressful
day trading is by far good for newbies

and 1 min is addicting because of candle formation within 60 seconds
it develops euphoria in your head releasing dopamine and endorphins and forces you to enter
here without edge your emotions easily get triggered and you cant hold to take trade
you can imagine those who do tick trading how immense stress they would be dealing man

Brother, go and select again 1m and 3m because is for confirmation, if market touch your Klevel just go fast on 1m or 3m and eait for any break(SMC) and open position!!

The 1 min I find useful for entries, especially at the start of a trend.
I try to go 1->5->15->30->1hr hold the in-profit positions.
Also good for range trading and NY - even in heavy volume, ranges develop which are hard to see on anything other than the 1 minute.

That being said it also is the source of much overtrading and so a person has to be careful.

Some days all you need in the 1 min. Others, its useless.

Like with anything trading it's subjective, and close is close enough!

Hey, wait for a 50 percent retracement, then plan to add more buys so rates can be averaged. expect 50% from current levels.

Adding another 1.2 lots and hedging at the same time without understanding the market structure may simply increase the drawdown, not reduce it.

bad advise, do not follow it. never ever try to over leverage just to hedge.
it ends up worst. stick to your own lots as per you use.

just use 0.05 or 0.04 as per your current balance. plan your strategy well

look at the charts first before deciding. looking at smaller ltf will prone you to over trade..
