I didnt take the trade but i learned something fundamental also perhaps might have been lucky with the news.

but i spotted this imbalance and it actually reacted perfectly now i only need to start mastering wich imbalances will hold i didnt take many trades today and just observed the market and i found that very helpful today even though i missed out on some big moves.

i know trading can be super complicated but how more i learn how more i love it.

walk me thru your chart is it just volume trading?

if you use the footprint chart in using the GC data, you could see the real imbalances between the buyer, and sellers, so you can shrink the fvg size and lower the risk

Was 1h true average price mention what yesterday london close print...
I not stay convinced with that reverse level yesterday, but accep it what they offer relative to average...
We still bullish in 1h since yesterday... 4H is bearish, for now...

Agreed, although in the ny session its going down a bit ( a Retracement ), i already said in the last before i offline, it holding on to the vwap, im afraid seller is getting trapped, then the market open, taking liquidity to move up, but Hollymolly, just only taking 15 minutes to get to the last high

I do use mainly volume based analysis atleast thats what im aiming to do LVN and correlations between different pairs i dont know if its weird but i also use the JXY Currency index combined with the DXY wich might operate the same way but have different valuations wich seemed quite interesting to me and for my feeling it just gives me some kind of confirmation if i see a divergence in between one of the two.

Agree.
But we are not at this by a couple of days, we only have to accept it.
We can not only look when went well for us, but understand it and look for the context in price, we will never get a signal by fundamentals short term.
They could spike lower to then come up and so on...
I try to ignore this noise, unless it make me sense in price that in fact this week already said i have no clue...

Trading gold has become nerve-wracking. I'm not complaining; I've made money from this madness, but compared to the past, it's much harder now, and the price is treacherous, constantly trying to trap traders.

By daily average daily need to close above 4615.432 to potential go to 4710.088
They reject 4568.103 and potential should had gone to 4520, they still can, but at same time can be seeking 4615.432 1st to decide up or down, 4568 level is minor level.


EDIT: And look to this prices are daily levels, is the closes that matter... Are zones during the day, don't define nothing, only at close...

in last week, gold moving 1 way, if going down it go down without slight of retracement, and yes, its stressfull we as the retail get trapped always, gold is just pure manipulation, if we think as a manipulator, i think we could survive

90% of gold movement now is just caused by the war sad but once we can get through this gold will be trending again.

They will average this, but suspect not at 4617 but trying at 4651, let's see if lower they offer something after 4h close...

get this trade 1:3 RR, the price still in the bullish (STRONG) and i can see it pullback, then i see the divergence, that price creating lows, but the cvd is higher, so exhaustion of the seller, and i entry on the absorbtion candle, where the delta is red, but the price is green ( seller try to push down, but failed) i enter after the candle m1 close, and looking at the m5 footprint still showing signs that seller not stepping in

footprint ( orderflow ) is like cheat code for me xD, nice trade

after 2 Trades with 1:3 RR, i waiting to see what the market do when it hits the 4650-4660, but for now, the bullish is still in controll, i think theres no confluences to against the trend? correct me if im wrong, but im scalper trader, so might not working for the sewing and day trader

Looks many people are waiting some pull back to enter a long position. It's one of the ideas but be careful. Market makers know everything. Also, you don't want to under estimate 200 EMAs. Lastly, on 1H & 4H time frames, trend is still bearish.
