Gold H1 and H4 Analysis
Gold is currently trading inside a clear descending structure respecting the falling trendline and rejecting the mid resistance zone around 4575-4600. Price recently swept the weak low near 4500 and showed a short-term bullish reaction but overall structure still remains bearish as long as price stays below the trendline and 4550-4575 resistance area. The move up looks corrective rather than a full reversal with lower highs forming and momentum weakening near resistance. The projected path suggests a possible push toward 4550-4575 for rejection followed by continuation to the downside targeting deeper liquidity zones around 4450 and potentially 4400.
Trade Plan – Possible Sell Setup
Sell Zone: 4550-4575
Targets: 4500, 4450, 4400-07
Invalidation: H4 close above 4600
If price breaks and holds above 4600 bearish structure weakens and gold may push toward 4625-4650 before any rejection. Overall bias remains sell on rallies unless strong breakout confirmation happens above resistance.
