How come I only got like 90 USD out of this trade? Is it because there weren't that much liquidity? I've gotten 300 USD before off a similarly sized move last week. Don't mind the nasdaq positions, I was just checking the lots size needed for a decent return. Also, should I increase my lot sizes or keep opening a bunch of 0.05s? I got +1000 USD last week from 200 USD now I'm at 1343 USD (live account) I appreciate your feedback {image}

Depends on the broker and type of account.
Normally on a Standard STP account 0.1 = approx £8 per dollar move
1 Lot is approx £80 move and so on.
0.05 in this case would be about £4 so 4 dollar move is about 16 give or take.

Thank you. I set a goal to hit 1k by end of April but I've passed that by Friday last week. Now I'm way over the 50 USD daily target so I'm done for the day.

My advice would be to have 1 good position that you can manage. If your emotions are not in check, you will add "smaller" positions to losing trades and you can easily reach a point where you don't know that you have a lot opened.
One good position and if the trade is going in your favor, you can add to the trade. Never add to losing trades, it will work sometimes, but when it doesn't it will hurt
