In my view, the aggressive attacks mentioned by Trump are unlikely to materialize. The US understands that such actions could trigger a global recession, potentially causing more harm than good. I expect some 'victory' rhetoric and a compromise deal instead. Since the market seems to be pricing in this outcome, be extremely cautious if you are shorting Gold.

I would agree in this blowing over as it is the best option for Trump. He will be lucky to break through not getting the 25th amendment tossed at him if this keeps up. A proper fool and about 55 million people who voted for him wondering what have they done. My opinion at least.

I agree with your support values and the histogram is informative. If you take the gold chart and turn it upside down it also supports the bullish view that once things settle out here that an upside in the gold price could be more probable.

Im very new to the game, i think it is deffo consolidating in the 30m chart, and will get to see a break out very soon.
anyone able to help me understand how i can anticipate which way the break will be?
i think bearish touching 4575, as the buyers are just holding on by the looks of it.

Most of you are missing the bigger picture about Hormuz the damage is already done. The shock wave is heading our way. The last shipments are about to reach the coast by April 20th, and no new ones are coming in afterwards. It’ll take weeks, if not months, to move oil back and forth again. And that's if Trump can do anything about it.

And OIL prices will be repriced - pushing OIL higher into $150-$200.
