Haha I've already answered it a looonng time ago. Yes I do hedge. Was just wondering how much more of this strategy you were prepared to release over and above the vanilla stuff you have here. Anyway carry on it's all good. Wish you the best of luck.

yes this is what i mean. because everyone here is doing differently, as mr silvano is swing hedge from last friday, someone cleared their book every day. it become messy and huge confuse. as mr silvano is on a selling bias, as he said selling from 4800, but mr homams is still hedging this morning and her bias was buy, he recover his buy drawdown by buying 2 position (1 is on asia, another is on newyork). can we like do a summary for little consistence? because as i said, every one here is doing differently, it a headache for us who just join this thread.

i think everybody know how to hedge, but how to find a valid support and resistance for us to minimize our drawdown when we doing 1 side trading is way more important than hedging, this is the point.

yes I did hedge last morning and yes I cleared my book.

Because price was close around 4800 I close buy position early, like after 50 pips. So I had no buy position on top only sell.

Good day and Good Friday!
I have been stalking this thread like everyone else, my first post here. Like BlackSea545 and Silvano mentioned. Knowing how to trade FIRST is important, the wolf strat or any other strat is just an additional tools to execute your trades.

In this case, is the hedging, re-hedge, swing hedge, time & session. Max'ing out pip range with no wastage of pips. However, your question is very valid and true. How do ones know where is the Resistance/Support lvl. This is where things become interesting and discretion come in. Each will have their own version / perception of R/S level. Hence, the inconsistency among the pack of wolfles. Of coz there will be R/S level that is obvious but most will vary btwn traders.

p/s: I have not use this technique myself ... yet. I'm more of a system trader. If you cant code it out, there is plenty of room for discretion.

Correct, I am firmly believer of Time Trading, as I am using it everyday, there is a exact time that the price will reverse or retrace, I always use this to proper position my order. Remember price is always relevant to Time. there is also Cycle in Week, and Cycle in Month, but everything concides with time.
for me, I always check 1 Hr before any session open, and 1 hr before any session close... this is my time.


3 Principle for Reversal.

1) exact time for reversal (session Timing ) tools i use: Session Box
2) Price or Level (eg. support & resistance) tools i use: Market Profile
3) Momentum tools i use: Heiken Ashi

if this 3 collide,,, you will have very powerful and strong reversal.

actually yesterday, I am watching 4800 ~ 4850 area. I mention on that previous day. I know that 4800, there is some big Seller Hiding in there, and beside, many days consecutive the price keep going up without do any retracement much, thats why I know there is a Big Fall will happen, only my Job is to select at what time and what session will be. When I see the news donald trump will speak again and on asia session, I said to myself... thats the time market will reverse. and it does.

Believe me guys, whatever news we see or any data, it doesnt mean we need to watch those,,, I only see news for my timing. thats how I pinpoint the exact reversal price.

Please see the arrow I mark,

1 Hour before yesterday Open, it give me Sells signal already, Syndey Try to Push up the price, but Get red Candle, I know yesterday is Sell Position is overdue, as there is like 1 week we already retracing up. I know at that very moment downfall is due. then I also know Donald Trump will speak on the Same Session, and said to myself, aha. thats the momentum I am looking for, so at that Point, I remove my BUY and Place Sell on top, and allow my drawdown to be eaten away.

If at that point, I made mistake and price continue up, I will again place hedge fully and wait for the next setup. I hope I can explain this plainly and simply...
what many trader miss about support and resistance, is time.... time is crucial to everything. try to read the price and watch reversal happen, and look for the current time why it happen. then youll find your answer.


Reversal Formula: Time (session) x Price (support & resistance) x momentum (speed) = Strong and Powerfull reversal. this 3 you must master.

bro,,, my strategy is so hard to be coded, yes I am engr also,, the only way to use my system is by manual trading why,,, time is changing, news and many outside forces can affect market, thats why all variable will not be same, thats the reason many traders failed to look at proper support and resistance, because the timing is so hard to define. it takes Huge amount of observation for you to get the Timing right. Dont believe on Coding EA,,,, thats the truth. always go manual, thats why I am teaching everyone how to properly trade, in manual you know when to go, and when to hold or stop. what to look for and what are the sign... in EA there is no variable to define this. only knows up and down.

and I must correct you. there is no inconsistency for the wolf result. we are Green everyday, and thats is consisitency. new one also been proving this to be right.

brother have you seen my PDF. most the time we use hedge,,, but there is also point we do 1 side. even in intraday this example has been done.

in Asia we do Hedging
in New York we do 1 Side.

wolf is not 100% hedgeging.
we hedge 80% of the time.... we Trade 1 side 20%

so when the price we see has momentum, just ask yourself a question. why will i Place BUY if I know the price is falling fast, does it good if I just Place sell on top and waited out?. but anyway even though you hedge. it still ok, if there is some people who didn't get out of BUYS yesterday, isit the price wont trace up anymore? just like what London and New York done last night??? just think, both position you can Get out, you only need to have right mindset and a lot of practice.

what is weird in Homans Result, is it because he have some RED but still overcome the Drawdown? is that the weird part for you. bro, we close some RED on our Daily basis, sometimes BIG also and sometimes small, our Goal is to get Green as many possible and we make sure our Profit is Greater than our Drawdown, thats all. thats why we are consistent Daily.

yes sir, hope we all become pro like u 1 day. i will try demo this next 2 month. there is alot to learn since everyone has different support and resistance. i will try to add the 3 collide u said, so how the result goes, thanks sir.
