New features added, Unique ID & Line touch alerts.:

  1. To add multiple versions:

    1. Drag the indicator onto the chart. Set UniqueID to "1".
    2. Drag the indicator onto the chart again. Set UniqueID to "2" and change the TimeFrame and HorizontalColor.
    3. Each instance will now work independently without deleting the other's lines.


  2. Alerts:

    1. The indicator checks the current Bid price against the horizontal lines created by the indicator.
    2. If the price comes within 10 points of a line, it triggers the selected alert methods. (10 points = 1 pip)
    3. The AlertInterval (default 60 seconds) prevents the alert from firing on every single tick if the price is bouncing exactly on the line.


  3. Version 3: Alerts on Only Horizontal lines drawn by the indicator.
  4. Version 4: Alerts on Horizontal lines & Diagonal ZigZag trendlines drawn by the indicator.

One quick tip for your monitoring:
If you want to receive alerts when the price returns to hit an old diagonal trendline from the past, make sure you set DrawRays = true.

  1. If DrawRays is false: The diagonal line exists only between the two ZigZag points. If the price leaves that area and comes back later, it won't trigger an alert because the line technically "ended" in the past.
  2. If DrawRays is true: The diagonal line extends infinitely into the future, so the indicator will be able to calculate its price at the current time and trigger the alert.

Hi Veter, 2 versions attached, Standard v1.00 and Advanced v2.00

Version 1.00
Detects CB1 patterns:
- Bullish CB1: Between 2 Lows (New Lo below prev Lo)
Draws a horizontal line at the swing HIGH between the 2 lows
Signal: price BREAKS above that line = BUY
- Bearish CB1: Between 2 Highs (New Hi above prev Hi)
Draws a horizontal line at the swing LOW between the 2 highs
Signal: price BREAKS below that line = SELL

Version 2.00

Here's a full summary of everything added in v2:
1 — Minimum Distance Filter Controlled by UseDistanceFilter, MinSwingBars (default 10) and MinSwingPoints (default 50). A CB1 is only drawn if the two swing points are at least that many bars apart AND that many points apart in price. This kills the noise clusters you saw on the screenshot 1.
2 — Break Arrows When ShowBreakArrow = true, a green up-arrow (▲) is drawn on the exact bar where price first closes above a bullish CB1, and a red down-arrow (▼) for bearish breaks. Makes entry bars instantly visible without hunting for them.
3 — Fibonacci Zone Filter When UseFibFilter = true, the indicator measures the major swing range over FibLookback bars and calculates the 23.6 / 38.2 / 50 / 61.8 / 78.6 levels. Only CB1s forming within FibTolerance (default 0.5%) of one of those levels are drawn. Off by default so it doesn't surprise you — turn it on when you want higher-conviction setups only.
4 — Line Expiry / Colour Fade Once price closes through a CB1 level the line automatically changes to grey dashed (BrokenColor) and shortens to end at the break bar. Live levels stay solid and coloured — so at a glance you can instantly see what's still active vs already triggered.
5 — All alerts now also support email and push notifications in addition to pop-ups.

The pattern CB1 is just small part of the Fibo Musang strategy. So PDF file showing how to recognize it. This square that showing on the candle in the picture on PDF file is another part of the Fibo Musang strategy, that not mеntioned in the PDF file, so don't bother.

Thank you, Master Burton, but in this case, the Fibonacci will be different to the original. The FMCBR-BT_recentFibo indicator is used for the Fibonacci Musang strategy to show levels. I also didn't mention in the first post that CB1 is created from the body of candles and not from the wick/shadow. Sorry, my fault. This is why I asked the source code, to not bother you and make some changes myself.

New MTF version_4.00 on this post.

Quick Tip for MTF usage:
Since this version uses unique names for its objects based on the chosen timeframe, you can actually attach this indicator multiple times to the same chart. For example:

  1. Attach it once and set CalcTimeFrame to H4.
  2. Attach it again and set CalcTimeFrame to D1.

This will allow you to see the CB1 levels and Fibo ranges for both timeframes simultaneously on a lower timeframe chart (like M15).
