Yes but last time I checked, the NK regime hadn't taken over Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon and Palestine. They haven't tried to foster opposition in many other countries such as Bahrain & Saudi Arabia. Recently several countries have expelled the IRGC attache's after discovering their secret operations as well. Several EU countries are ll aware of the activities of the Iran's regime in their countries and have established a task force to monitor them.
I don't think NK has made such attempts and if they you are welcome to expose them.
