Things have been going well for me this year but today took it all back from me. I shorted from 4717 then closed at 4710 and then went long from 4690. Lost £13k already and currently have a floating loss of £15k. I don’t think I’ll be able to recover from this

Hi I am 28, but my whole family depends on me. I lost all my income and my credit card maxed out . I am helpless, what face will I show to my family my wife. How will I live the bank will not leave me. I don't have a job currently was trying to switch. I lost $3,000. Maybe its small money for someone but for me thats for an entire family for 3-5 months. I am getting suicidal there is no other way. I need help I don't want to trade anymore I need help

I don't see any reasonable bounce until the stop losses waiting to ring at 4400 get taken out. And even then price may not stop there.
