Going for bigger moves is like taking a long voyage on a ship. It aint going to be a smooth sailing the whole time. Gotta tough it out with some of the rough waters if you want to reach the destination.

Now sometimes the water is too rough and you jump on the life raft (stop loss to lock in some profit) or you go down with the ship. Its not usually an easy call, but trading aint easy

Looking out waaay ahead, if this is true bear market (not just a correction) and the cycle lasts as long as the other ones have, we're looking at a final bottom late this year. I can see some complicated structure like this through the summer months, then a final selloff to scare the hell out of bulls.

I know..."let's see if it even goes to 76k first buddy,"..haha. Its true, getting way ahead of myself, but I do try to be a few steps ahead if I can be. Always good to consider all possibilities, of which there are many, but also use some logic as well to narrow it down a little.

Always much easier....not easy, but easier...to see what the next move is as the market unfolds. But not a bad practice to try and forecast out a bit as Ive said before

There are two ways of getting closer to this trend line: going up (hard, requires price to go up) or going forward (easier, just takes time).

Thats true, but a quick look on the 4hr chart and we can see bitcoin has growing momentum to upside. Breaking out of range, passed the fakeout test (twice)...looks ready to pop in my opinion

Now that open gap from last night is a hint that we'll be back to fully close it at some point, but I think that will come after the blast to 87k.

We not only have the descending trendline, but also broken trendline that never got tested, and of course the big gap at 84k.

All these things are magnets.

After comparing the long-term charts of ETH and BTC, I noticed that ETH is forming bullish triangle pattern since 2021.
The triangle structure on ETH appears to have completed, and such formations often lead to continuation moves to the upside.

This suggests that the broader market structure may still favor the upside.
In my view, BTC’s major support in the $50K–$70K region is likely to hold.

76k was touched (just about anyways...not enough to fill my extra 1/4 position I added that Im taking off there (of course)), so I moved my stop to 72900, locking in some profit.

It breaks 72900 and it'll probably go on to break the red TL and dont want to be long if that happens. Can always get back in, but will want to see how it plays out.

I dont think that will happen, but gotta protect myself.

Looks like a rogue wave Im toughing it out on, gotta trust the location of my stops. Still very bullish, but it needs to make another run now

Big players have probably soaked all the liquidity in this area that theyre going to get. If we head to 76k from here that'll probably be the end of it

Bulls couldn't get it done. Got stopped for a profit...not what I hoped for but I'll take it.

FOMC days are always especially tricky. Could be big day down, and could be some whipsaws, hard to say. On sidelines for now
