He's talking at a luncheon regarding a 2-year construction process to start at the Kennedy Center (sorry, "Kennedy-Trump Center"), and is just speaking off the cuff. To be fair, he's been calling for the FED to cut rates "immediately" for over a year, so there's zero news here.

Other than Trump adding "even a 3rd grader could see it's time to cut rates" (paraphrasing a bit).

Basically, it's another 'pat himself on the back' dialog before the food is served.

Oh, and he outted a Congressman by disclosing a life-threatening illness that Trump helped heal....but maybe he cleared it with the individual first? Otherwise, the world just got some very personal news.
