i infcat have faced like the worst losing streaks still i do
and infact it hurts
but the mindset which i built beofre coming in
the journnaling and after ever win and lose
the lesson i learn in silnnece is inevitable which keeps me alive
trading picks those prople who are crzaily obssesed with it
not those who see influnece and assume to buy ferrari ad become millionqare over night
minndset can be correct of all
but the approach is wrong
its a process
and mental pressure is what majoprity cant handle

This is my inner experience with fx market so far
the insights the choppy and chaneling market has given me
with losses specially more thann wins
are more precious than wins in trendy market
(if iam offered a million dollars over discippline)
without any delay i would pick discipliune
dumbeest can have money and they can lose in days
real founndation is first built innside which is seen later inn life
also range maerket has taight me how to trust more your setup
and made me adjust with scalping

you know what is really really tough to adjust when yiu get used to let your runnners run
which i do but situation like these and your mind nnot letting you close and holding it
that is where the worst mental psychology kicks in
and iam pretty damnn sure this is onne of the reaosn most traders quit
expecting same outocome in every trade
no doubt we should let runnners run
and trade safe in choppy market
but most imporrtant is postion sizing
and execution at most probable right time
startegy is just 20%
inner hesitation and emotionns are more than 70%

I agree with you 100%.
But I wouldn’t put it into numbers like 20% or 70%.
Without a solid strategy and a clear understanding of what you’re doing, you can’t build real confidence.
Most hesitation comes from not fully knowing your setup, not from emotions alone.

spend a few years saving up and building a grubstake and trade stocks on an exchange and not in prop firms trying to score rich in a month cause the props out to screw you with their rules on top of the randomness of price fluctuations LOL..stocks are a little easier since there not as many crosswinds that buffet forex.

since forex is a "pair" theres always conflicting news, whether economic or political that tugs one way or another against the pair

one hour cable has good econ news and people buy but 3 hours later usd has even better news so cable falls and thats why currencies range most of the time even for gold

if u look at a gold monthly chart it ranged from 2013 to 2019 and then again from 2020 to 2024 and it ranged for 20 years from 1982 so this rally is highly unusal and when it drops will prolly range between 5 to to 10 years again

stocks will move around earnings releases every quarter and thats that...they dont get pushed or pulled by news releases everyday like currencies or other futures

its always better to develope a system for a ranging market instead of trend.... they say 90% of beginners lose money and give up and all of them are trend traders so why be one of them

THAT GOLD (AS PER HIS ANALYSIS ) IS GOING TO GET STABLE WITHIN THESE TWO WEEKS
WITH HIS TARGET IG WAS 5500 (DONT TRUST BLINDLY AS ITS ALL FUNDAMENTALS AND PRESENT NO ONE KNOWS THE FUTURE HE INFCAT PREDICTED AS PER HIS KNOLEDGE)
