GOLD

I just keep looking for the same Setup over and over.
Of course it doesn't always go to Plan
But as long as I keep Repeating the Setup I will come out Ahead

I think Trading, for Retail Traders, comes down to Finding a Repeatable Setup that can be taken over and over again.
The issue most of us have, including myself, is Sticking to the same Setup when it is going through a period of not Performing as Expected.
This is the MOST Important thing I have learned only recently

Pending Short Trade @ 5010.56

This is a very Simple way to Trade as long as all my Criteria are met.
There is no more having to wait for and interpret Price Action before Entering a Trade.
As long as the Stop and Target meet my requirements I can Set the Trade in Motion.
I just have to have the PATIENTS to wait for the Trade to Trigger or NOT.

My main goal is patience. Just that. Plain pure patience. One time I took a $10k to $120k then blew it within a few weeks. That taught me alot. Leveraging isn't the problem. My major issue at the time was not knowing when to take a loss.
I just didn't accept the simple truth that a loss was necessary. A punch in the face if u may ask. I learn from those mistakes. No more trying to win the extra buck with money I can afford to lose. I am a very risk taking person. The issue I have is intake unnecessary risk.
Just to feel active. I had the impugnant belief that action equals profit. The more trades I take, the more active I am on the charts, all this I thought was meant to make me money.
That belief is insufficient. No need to chase trends. No need to wait for market to validate my feelings. I'm here to make money not to seek validation.
I'm not here to be validated. Hell, I'm not even here to be right.
This small shift I will carry with me in all my trading endeavors. The process is sweet

Hi Kevin,
We all have Personality Traits that will affect our Trading the sooner we become aware of them the better. We all have a Unique Series of Actions we can take that will Improve our Trading. This Knowledge only comes with Time and Experience and REALLY getting to KNOW yourself as a Trader.

This is it, apart from a Youtube Channel that I have neglected for some time,
I suggest reading the thread and if you are new to Trading do some Studing on Market Structure, it will help a lot in what ever form of Trading you pursue.

I didn't take any Trades on Friday
I am working more on MYSELF than my Trading Method.
In the past it has been the other way around.
I am working on having a Consistency of Process, Consistency of Execution, Consistency of Mindset it is only by Achieving this that I will STOP seeing Trading in terms of RIGHT or WRONG and just become a matter of following a Process with a Positive Edge.

After all the time i watch your work again and again, you are the one who i share to new traders. Your charts clean and your road is a good example how important is to trade with discipline.
