So, for the BODY to totally engulf the Wicks, which are the High and Low, of the previous candle, the Open must be beyond the High or Low.
Which in my opinion will be a rare event, can you show how many times that leads to a profit trade to make it worthwhile to wait for?

And there is a color change at every blue box, which BTW, most are not engulfing IMHO.
Hopefully the coder will step in to assist both with understanding and compassion.
Trading 5-min on GBPUSD, and thinking open, close or engulfing will mean very much? good luck.

However, what you've drawn is partly an "outside bar" and partly just an engulfing pattern. In either case, there is an indicator for both you can easily find it with a quick search.
Just one thing to note: not knowing the name of a concept isn’t a problem it doesn’t really matter. But being unable to accurately draw or represent what you’re trying to explain is a different issue altogether. I hope you don’t trade the same way saying, for example, that you’re taking “Setup A,” but your actual execution ends up being 50% Setup A and 50% Setup B.
That said, based on your drawing, I can tell you’re actually looking for reversal points marking every swing or price reversal zone you see. And that’s something entirely different.
So please clarify: what exactly are you after?
– Candlestick patterns?
– A reversal-point indicator?
– Or perhaps a tool that identifies swings with specific candlestick structures and marks them as buy/sell zones?

If you want something to be coded like this, you need to write down the conditions.
You don't need to know how to code.
You know that each candle has O, H, L, C and you must describe the condition which you want to be coded.
Example:
Color candles Red when: H of Bar1 > H of Bar2 and L of Bar1 < L of Bar2 and Bar1 is Bearish
Color candles Green when: H of Bar1 > H of Bar2 and L of Bar1 < L of Bar2 and Bar1 is Bullish
And the candles which you pointed to in your images don't all match the above conditions, so we don't have a clue what it is you actually want???

But, that's not an Engulfing pattern by any definition!
To me it looks like:
