And here are the fibs. No sell yet, folks. Price broke the 38.2% and I reckon it will pursue the 50% at 5000 at least. That does not mean entering a buy here; it's just something to be aware of.

Even Prop firms increased their margin requirement. They are hammered for traders making huge profits when they r in the right trend.

Its more expensive to trade gold in comparrison to 2 months ago because the price per ounce increased, hence margin requirements increased. Has absolutely 0 to do with volatility.

oh god, volatility made many firm broker lost and they dont even have enough money to pay those losses, dont you know that? magrin requirement is for just like the safety balance, firm trade and broker is different from CFDs, they cant instant entry and cant instant exit, with leverage high, magrin requirement is crucial to protect market. Your entry SL is 1$ over 3k$ is much more expensive than 1$ over 5k$ lol, price increase but volatility same => your entry will cost less. But higher volatility => bigger SL and also higher slippage for firm and broker => much more expensive
Market dont care big number, they care for volatility and liquidity did BTC change their magrin require when it reach 120k from 70k? NO

Warning, this is abnormal pullback, it sweep old H4 supply and drop, waiting for H4 close for confirmation

1st you have your pivot till ny with high probability at 4891.630 at the moment, never forget the importance of london window breakout, second this 4h not closed yet and is at a median monthly level at 4921.800.
By levels it print, 4969.544 is the most likely target.
Either ways bulls do not want to see a 4h Ny time closing below 4856.760, without this happen you sure do not go bearish today. But is a possible test as that 4h close, breaking price should average, that boy that lead this movement will want cut their loss and will make that happen at the minimum he can.
So i wish you all safe trades.
My day is not totally done but almost.
No reason to close my buy runners until the 4h conditions above be met.

OK, after complaining about price action (still having PTSD from Thursday-Friday) , it seems like I'm starting to love the volatility. it's not as crazy as friday which is great, but also not the end of the world. it require more patience. But great for scalping if you have a big account.
