Today Price was out to Deceive
The main thing to take away from a day like this is if Price Stops doing what you want to see it doing GET OUT of the Trade and Re-Evaluate

Very impressive to your ability to manage the risk and understand the structure. I tied to mimic your style for months but my problem was structures can be interpreted in multiple ways. Without deep understand of the structure like you, I often didn't cut loss even after the price goes below the %100 fib level and added to my losers hoping bigger structural levels can stop the move and bounce up from it. It looks easy in hindsight but obviously, it requires a very high level of understand of the structures. Now I can see where your edge is.
Keep going Steve, I don't doubt you will become a very successful and famous trader some day.

Hi Justin,
I know how difficult it is to copy someone else's Method of Trading.
When I first started to learn, I spent far too much Time trying to Emulate other peoples Trading Methods.
It took me sometime to realise I would only become a successful Trader by finding a Method I was completely comfortable with
It was Chris Lori who coined the Phrase "Become an Independant Thinker" this was one of the many Light Bulb Moments I have had in my Trading Journey.
No two Traders have Traveled the same Route it is a Completely Unique Experience.
I think you already know this from your own Experiences.
I use FF now, more as a Trading Journal and a means of keeping Track of my Trades, I don't think, apart from some exceptions like yourself, anyone gets any real benefit from my Postings.

I understand your frustration, everyone says market structure is the key to the kingdom and there are thousands of videos about it and yet is not clear, sometimes small swing are not important other times they are depending how convenient is for the person doing the video to tell how it works

My advice is to drop a zig zag indicator use the settings that you feel is important for your trading and like that market structure will be easier

Lucky people who are lucky enough to find you in FF will get benefit from your postings obviously. Your strategy is solid and pretty much making sense. You also have proved you're real by posting real time entries before instead of hindsight wining postings. Not many traders can do this in FF. We just have to invest a lot of time to be able to see what you can see in the chart. Unfortunately, I am now too old to invest more time to learn something. I have a life and I have many things to take care of. When you find some free time later, why don't you start some trading coaching business with your son. Personally, I believe your strategy is much more simple and powerful than ICT's. It will also take long time to learn your strategy but anyway it should take shorter than playing with useless indicators just like what I did. I wish I knew you earlier..... Good luck to your journey anyway.

Today was a frustrating Day, the first Long Trade I took was BE+.
I had a Short Trade Fail to Trigger by 1 Pip
I am then Wrong Sided Short and have two Losing Short Trades
I then get on the correct side of Price and Entered a RISKY Long Trade around US RED News (13.30 UK)
I know I didn't take a Screen Shot of the Winning Long Trade but I had other things on my mind

I don't think we all SEE the Market and Price the same way we are all Hot Wired Differently.
Everyone has to find their way of SEEING Price

One Long Trade out @ BE+
One Short Trade out @ BE+

I don't think any Trading Method can be 100% Mechanical some action will need to be taken.
The Long Trade I took went 1.5R before Price took me out @ BE+
I wasn't prepared to allow this Trade which had gone so far in Profit to Lose.
The Short Trade just didn't go as Planned so when the Opportunitie to Exit @ BE+ was there I took it.
Of course both Trades could still have gone either way it comes down to what our Trading Stats tell us and how we feel about taking a WIN or a LOSS
How ever we want to proceed we have to be Consistant in doing it.
This isn't always so easy to do in the Heat of the Moment

Over the years I've seen people on FF worried they were showing too much and their Method would Stop Working because to many people would start to Trade it.
This is completely CRAZY no Professional Trader is scroling through FF looking for Retail Traders to Exploit.
