any long term traders have advise for fear, ive had like 4 small live accounts i lost, 2 were serious AKA afterr i studied and has experience, ive learnt and traded everyday for 7-8 months now but whenever i switch to a real account i get easily frustrated, like i know my trades are good, ive turned multiple demo account into big ones using normal risk managment as if it was real, then comes real and im not always scared, more of frustrated on how i make bad decisions and get annoyed and just overthinking about SL and TP outcome. i have a stratergy, ive learn to use proper lot sizes and all that.

Overshoot may not more straight than that !! Yearly big candles trying to continue up and to wait till yesrend for decision if can hold !!

Demo accounts are good for practice and testing strategies but they dont involve real emotions because there is no real money at risk. When someone moves to a real account emotions become a big factor. After a losing trade traders often panic and even when a trade is in profit they get nervous and dont know the right place to close it.
Panic is the main problem. In losses traders can hold and wait for a big drop or recovery but in profit they usually cant wait for a bigger move and close the trade too early with small profit.

Size down. your nervous system not ready for the size you trade right now. Sizing down would solve 90% of your problems (not long term btw, trading almost 2 years)

rn im using max 0.02 with 700$, when i finish my day profit i switch to 0.01 for confirmed trades, but i get the point cuz i stress about losing what i made if gold was like ye lemme just bang a 100 pip candle or some,

I can 100% relate to what you are saying, for me 2 things worked well:
1. Start with a tiny real account, use your proper risk management methods and trade seriously, making money (even in small amounts) and being successful will boost your confidence when trading normal size account
2. When you trade demo, you値l easily risk 5-10% of the account thinking the risk reward is worth it, but in real account this method does not work even if your trade is really good, the moment you値l be in red you値l start doubting the trade and you might close it in little loss fearing the bigger loss, to beat this emotion, lower your risk to as low as 0.5-1% i know this would mean slower growth and lower profits but it will kill the fear of loosing a large portion of your account on one or two trades

I always trade multiples positions. It facilitates to take partial profits.
if price were to reverse later, your partials profit cover % of your initial risk, as trade by trade is like tossing a coin. we need to buffer our downside.

my growth plan has always been 10% daily, it worked before but when i got to 2-5k i over did it and lost the account, just 5% minimum a day is good but i target 10%, maybe ill try smallest lot for a while on real to get comfortable, ty guys

Open a $100 account, and try your best not to blow it up. open 0.01 lot, it helps with the psychology.

back then when i started trading it was only Eurusd (first year), with $300 account.
By late 1st year to early 3rd year, i was trading EU, GU, UJ, AU. i scalp that account to $7k
By late 3rd year, then i took my first gold trade.
since then, i have not return to forex. I only analyse them as cross boarder flows of capital and volatility to risk premia.

i have never touch demo in my life.

You should not focus on % growth, but more likely where price is heading.
Even with the smallest lot, if you position correctly, the growth happens automatically.
