I have to admit my analysis would be stuck here. I feel like with such a nice impulsion in Asia, we need a pullback / retracement to get some liquidity and move higher.
but at what price will this theory be invalidated and that it’s a sign of continuation and time for a new buy? How do you guys plan that ? And please, don’t tell me about strategy etc… what I am asking here is how do you know what levels are important / what levels are not.

For example why is it 4720, and not 4730 or 4700 ?
I would love to understand more price action / technical analysis.

why you hold it for 2000+ pips without SL. You should have closed or you should have asked this earlier anyway it depends on your equity now. If can bear then wait for some retracement and close. If you have balance then wait for good price to buy which might reduce your loss

Gold Possible Scenario for Short Time Frame
Bullish: Above 4717-4720 a break of 4725 can continue the move toward 4730+ within the rising channel.
Bearish: Rejection from 4724-4725 and a drop below 4717 may trigger a pullback toward 4705-4700 lower channel support.
