but this without any testing is valid for higher frames, not for M1 or M5 and so on .. common sense rule . . .

for interday frames like M1 upto M30, , , , what should period-2 reflects

. . almost it is the price . .

look brother, 70, 30 crosses and that is expected ..
and in thsi case we may expect to see RSI = 100 or 0 . . due to its math equation

i think you mean by 10 and 90 . . . RSI COMPLEMENT LEVELS 10/90 / / /
but without any testing . . and since RSI equation is very symbol .... any look at any chart for highr frames .. H4, H1, D1 , ,it is a quick eye test ..

this is the equation --

so no need to test, to jduge or expect the final answer . .

for M1 , M5 :::: P2, 90/10 can not almost susbstitue at least for the spread loss . .
common sense rule

for higher frames , let us say H4 ,,, let us look at the chart of GOLD ... last days . . :

RSI is a huge topic ... everybody could pernceive things in a different way . .

even with higher frames,, there is the problem of repetive cross of 10 or 90 ... when there is several-days - trend . .

the one in the video is selling air . .
