Meanwhile, according to a new report at the Motley Fool, commercial mortgage-backed security delinquencies are at an all-time high, beating Great Recession levels. Subprime auto loan delinquency rates are the second-highest on record. Credit card delinquency is the highest since 2011. Seems like a lot of people are struggling to survive, but I guess inflation will juice those holiday spending numbers.
