My advice is to lower your trading timeframe.
I'm switching from the 30-minute chart to the 5-minute chart.
I constantly buy and sell as soon as there's a signal from my trading system.
Typically, two profitable trades out of five with big enough profits are sufficient to cover the losses.
The downside of lowering your timeframe is that you have to monitor your trades continuously from market open until you've reached your profit target.
However, as soon as you hit your daily target, you're done trading for the day.

no regret on this trade , the last buy confirmation was h3 and market didn't wait till it close and the circled m30 candle signaled a possible further sell but there was no time for updates and it's normal because there was an sl in place, no regret or error on this trade market decided to do it own thing but yesterday there was a minor kind of error .

Not going to add a long just yet. Have a feeling this will drop further. Breaking above 4180 previous support may change my mind. At the moment the 4140 zone resistance has become support RBS.
