It is what it is... Breaking below 4223.080 this candle i expect more down movement, but don't go do nothing.

i don’t see a bad day or a bad week as bad, i see it as learning from bad trades. i’ve said it many times: emotions and risk management are key in trading. sometimes our emotions still trick us, even when we know what to watch for. i’m not in denial i can admit i’ve had bad weeks. being sick, not thinking clearly, real-life stress these things can affect trading. i don’t have a crystal ball, so of course there will be rough periods and losing trades.
example: i had a losing week of €1000 across both accounts not a problem, that’s within my risk management. the next week i made it back x3. so yes, there can be bad days and a bad week, but my point stays the same: account growth is what matters, not win rate. you’re talking to me like i said this week or yesterday was bad i didn’t. i replied to someone who traded badly yesterday. i’m not looking for comfort and my mind isn’t hurt. i end every month in good profit. so i don’t get all the noise here.
