It’s all bollox ( excuse my French ) , one word - Discipline !

That’s applicable for many life choices.

There’s an even better drug on the market !

It’s called “ Self Control “ and its rival
“ StopStuffingyaFace “ .

Both are extremely cheap and very very healthy .

The stomach is akin to a balloon ie. it stretches.

Junk foods and readily available processed meals , no exercise and a sedentary lifestyle.

Kerching ! A quick quide on how to stay fat .

I’m ( cough ) age and I’ve walked 200 miles in 10 days carrying a pack weight of 15kg whilst wild camping over 3 National Parks on the beautiful Coast to Coast Route made famous by Alfred Wainwright .

Done it twice and various other walks . I really don’t understand these people who sit on their fat asses , eating themselves into oblivion

Yeah , agree with all that , throw into the mix some cardio exercises even light aerobic conditioning would help a lot .

It’s a lifestyle choice which needs reinforcing at a young age .

Fasting is a great option not just for those overweight , it’s a great detox for the body .

Trading : I was on the sell side yesterday and today and nibbling on the buy side now for a while . Looking for some strength however to show itself.

Yes, as well as being the best trader here, lol, I’m also a healthy living expert.

It’s not that hard to lose weight with a variety of different eating methods. However, I’m not a psychiatrist, and three seems to be many people with an extreme psychological problem with food. I would really like people to try safe food options first, like clean keto, and if everything fails then look to drugs.

Most everyone should is overweight does not eat whole food and whole food only. Meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc. Products are not food. Also Dr. Fung has proven a fasting regime works for many people.
