Hey everyone! Just getting to the charts now… looks like we’re in a bearish channel, right? Curious if NY will break it or if we’ll keep riding the downtrend. What do you guys think?
Theoretical/Importance element after
Tokyo Low - 4002 Buyer restructuring
London High - 4162 May a buyer offering
London failed to offer below 4002
NY is still pending; at least need a displacement candle for seller acceptance

The Real ExitMy exits?
Sure SL is always there.
But my real exit is emotion.
Feel tension? → tighten SL or close. That’s your body whispering.
Feel greed? → don’t explain it away. Just exit.
Feel “I want more”? → that’s ego. And ego doesn’t care about your balance.
Yes I feel it too.
Hope. Stress? greed and ego. That little voice: “Just hold a bit longer…”
But I don’t obey it.
I observe it. And then I decide.
Because when I’ve hit my goal,
and the market gave what it had to give
I close. Even if SL wasn’t touched.
Why?
Because I’d rather walk away with profit
than freeze… and watch reversal erase it all.
As your account grows, so do your lot sizes.
A €400 trade today… becomes €4,000 tomorrow.
That’s why survival matters.
That’s why emotions matter.
One perfect trade means nothing
if you’re not in the game tomorrow.
So yeah have your rules.
Study your entries. Backtest your system.
But never forget:
The final trade is always between you and your own psychology.
Getting into a trade? Easy.
Everyone’s got indicators. Clean charts. Full charts.
Price Action. ICT. Order Blocks. Supply & Demand.
Some have 10 rules. Others none. Doesn’t matter.
Why?
Because every trader in the world is watching the same zones.
Whether you use RSI, EMAs, or just naked price
you’re staring at the same battlefield.
But here’s the raw truth:
Retail doesn’t move price.
We don’t shift markets.
Banks do. Prop firms do. Whales do.
We’re just surviving in their ocean.
Us against them. Simple.
But once you’re in a trade?
It’s no longer you vs. the market.
It’s you vs. yourself.
That’s where most lose.
They think it’s about strategy.
But the real fight?
It’s internal.

After a long wait i have opened a few quick buy positions lets see how they perform or if they end up like yesterday.

Last picture for the day and its time for rest now, trades are open and will see after some time. If all will be in profit then will set SL accordingly but IMO it will go up for the time being. Happy pips everyone
