Price don't move in a straight line.
Nobody can have sure in the market also.
But the probabilities are clear in bullish side get their goals, for others will be 4300 as a round number, for me is 4315 as an deviation from Monthly accumulation.
An accumulation can redistribute 1 measured move easly and extended to 2, but for now 4315 is just 1.5...

Remember not necessary in a straight line, you can see a bearish daily candle and their goal be the same, or even a weekly bearish candle, as long price don't close below 1 deviation you are extending the distribution.

Price is fractal, can not trade based on this but have your bias.
Most likely are doing the same relative to other TF's.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the insights, esp about the NY and Asian "connection" or w/e u wanna call it. My understanding of the pricemovement and my gains are much better thanks to you. Keep the good work up
