Hi,
Is it sensible to take entry at 4185, with SL at 4170 at this time? Price is at order block. it will break or no i can't understand.

Thanks for replying and yes i am not into short but in long and in a little profit, i was waiting for 4233-34 area..lol but now i am not sure what to do with this trade. and tbh i don't know how price is going to react tommorow. lets see

I identified an order block here around 4176 I missed the entry at the right time. But the next few candles were behaving in a way that is confusing so was confirming. A lot to learn is left, need to learn a lot. will understand every concept deeply.

Edit: I took an entry at 4184. SL is now BE. Trade in profit for now

A slow session during NY so far. Closing above 4200 could give us around 4230-50 overnight going on the pattern from The last couple of days. However there may be an area of liquidity too. Not sure. Will hold long for time being.

Go to montly TF, identify the last accumulation or look in an easy way an inside bar and measure the mother candle.
If daily have been respecting his deviations correctly, most likely those deviations will have reactions and respected by 4H candles and even daily. Not necessary pinpoint, never forget daily wick is a large zone in lower TF.
The most important are 1 and 2.
In this case Monday close above 0.75, one reason that make me took a buy at Asia supporting by Ny knowing it exist room to 1, not aiming that price but my pattern.
Yesterday we close above 1, showing me space to aim 1.25, and today is closing above 1.25, at the moment making confluence with my pattern showing still exist space to 1.5.
Not that i like play this pattern with less than 60% body candles in 4H but if my pattern at the end of the day sign, i have to take it.
Yesterday i had doubts because the magnet don't had been taped, not necessary need to, meaning strong trend, but i always count with that tap.
Today NY simple doesn't give anything, so if i play a buy, will be after Ny kick what had built.

Ok, here’s why I’m trading this range:
From my first post today, bias was long.
My only long zone was 4190 to 4180ish.
If 4190 failed, I’d flip short. That was the condition.
Price started to fail, then buyers repositioned, so my long zone came back into play.

I trade only inside my zones.
No indicators, just horizontal lines.
Once price hits a zone, I drop to the 5-minute chart and read reactions.
Execution depends on how aggressively my bias reacts. I treat each move separately.
Then I wait for a sweep of that aggressive candle. That’s my second trigger.

What are your zones and how do you mark them out? Also, what makes it your zone and once found what confirmations do you wait for to either go long or short?
