The entire world just got so screwed up and he is trying to very quickly put things back they way they were 30 years ago.

Why is the FED - which is a privately held institution - it is not owned by the USA government. So WHY is the FED given so much authority/power? Checks and balances (in the constitution) only apply to the Executive, legislative and judicial branches of the government - the FED doesn't fit any of those categories.

Typically the FED is behind the curve and they do a really horrible job on rates - they waited way too long to raise rates and now - a 0.25% cut would be acceptable

Regarding the FED - I don't trust anything that the FED says or does.

Regarding Cook and her alleged scams - double edged sword:
1. Anyone who even looks like they are breaking the law shouldn't be on the FED BUT
2. She deserves a fair trial before being convicted.

As for your statement about Trump violating many laws: FALSE Over 90% of the cases the judges have issued restraints or injunctions against what Trump is doing (withholding funds from colleges for example) have been OVERTURNED by appeals and Supreme Court.
