First thing first in order to avoid big loss. Start with a 0.01 lot. Price would either go up or go down. Once you start with compounding you can use 0.02. If the week is bearish most probably it will be throughout the week just like this week. So I tend to go shorts.

If price goes against you that's normal during non big event / news related so calm down. If you put 0.01 lot you will be much at ease. You wont be panicking.

If you open big lot with a very minimum deposit. This is gambling and you will be in trouble. Tell me honestly what is your deposit and I can tell you what is safe for you to open.

My next trading outlook:
Based on my current analysis, if the market retraces to the 3332 area, I will be watching for potential bullish setups.
Should this level fail to hold, my next key support zone for a possible long entry is around 3311.
On the other hand, a decisive break above 3353 could open the way for short opportunities targeting the 3374 and 3383 resistance levels.
I’ll be monitoring price action closely around these levels to confirm any entry.

What is your recommended minimum account size for 0.01 lot? 100 USD, 500 USD, 1000 USD, etc?
At which point do you scale up to 0.02 lot assuming one starts with recommended minimum?
