Most of these posts are not to inspire but to feed egos or to set up a commercial agenda later on.
Real traders do not need to convince strangers with pictures. The market rewards discipline, patience, and strategy, not social media theatrics. If you want to add value, share your thought process, your strategy’s logic, and the lessons you have learned. That is what helps people grow. Empty numbers on a screenshot help no one except the person trying to sell something later.

Gold remains in a downtrend, forming a Bear Flag pattern within a broader descending channel. Price is capped below key resistance at $3,360–3,369 and is hovering near $3,340. A breakdown below $3,330 could accelerate losses toward $3,300 and $3,280, while a short-term bullish break above $3,369 may trigger a retracement toward $3,380 before sellers likely re-enter. Overall bias stays bearish unless price closes firmly above the upper resistance zone.
Resistance: $3,360 → $3,369 → $3,380
Support: $3,330 → $3,300 → $3,280
Breakout Zones: Below $3,330 → Targets $3,300 and $3,280. Above $3,369 → Target $3,380

Depends on data but over all gold is struggling on both sides bcz of low volume. Still no clear breakout and even one good candle on both side did not change the direction as well. IMO gold can move down near 3300-3306 area where it was before NFP news but who knows. From technical point of view it should go down if there is no tweet or any kind of big news.
