Every news outlet talking about higher than expected CPI. That when you know we have a high chance of buy the rumor sell the fact trade setup

Chances of price going up is slowly fading as these orders from last week 3340-45s range are getting filled.

Unless we see some spoofing going on.

My last day's Bias is changed from long to short.
Now I'm looking for a nice zone to sell.
Maybe we see 75-80 zone again
or maybe we directly break 3340 zone with a solid candle and go down.
All we need is patience to see a valid confirmation.

If FED cut in rising inf rate and expansion, 10Y and 30Y yield, will explode to the upside? Yes Is it bullish for GOLD? Nope,dollar will bounce up, as risk of recession is not present YET

First trade of the day went accordingly. Good start to the challenge. Already up 40%.

Based on the 'WHY"

The 2 risks present are:

1. That "very good" GDP reading is one-off, as major support come from import swings.
Largest component Consumer spending showed signs of slowing!
So 2nd relase came out around half of that ~1.4% then final reading around 0.5%.
Theoretically we escaped recession, as we need 2 consecutives -ve Quarterly GDP to be is a "contracting phase"


2. Fed cut too soon. Long end yield, 10Y+ yeild exploded to the upside, leading to FED yield control to hold the housing market.
Which leads to dollar sell off continuation.

I would not trade the range to the downside now as I expect it to go a bit higher maybe till 3365-3370 to liquidate some people and execute those sell orders. Will be selling again at that zone or buying again around 40. If no such scenario occurs I will just wait for the news to come.
