BTW, in your second image, it's not filled.
If you zoom in, you will see that it's dotted lines, not histograms.
The code uses histograms, and histograms can't be dotted, only solid.
And you can't get a perfect fill to-the-line using histograms.

BTW, I don't see why your EA shouldn't work for all instruments???
Maybe it's because you aren't changing the parameters?
Points aren't the same for Forex and Indices, or Metal, etc.
So, normally you need to multiply times 10 for Indices, but that may not be true for your broker, so You need to know such things.

If you asked DS, it's pointless, because you could have done more harm to the user, or nothing changed, because the user has the mq4 file with exactly the same name.

No it can't be modified.
You will need to input the leverage for indices manually.
You, most probably, have different leverage for indices than for the account.
And MQL only can read AccountLeverage().
There is no reliable way to calculate symbol leverage when it's different than the AccountLeverage().
Also, the code is using the wrong method to get AccountLeverage().
We simply use AccountLeverage(), not some formula which can't actually calculate the leverage!
This is what you get when you use AI and you don't know "crap about shit"...

As you've been informed there is no native draw filling in mt4 like in mt5, alternatives include dotted line histograms or thick histograms, below is another option that may be useful.

BB_Ribbon
- regular mtf bb
- channel space is color filled, color is only 1 upper and 1 lower channel
