For those who don't know this guy.. Chris Drysdale is a rock solid genuine trader. I came across him awhile ago searching for something from the CME and he popped up.. Elections over in Japan (oops nearly misspelt it)
Market had a Sunday short sweep
Price kept itself right to the mechanics though
Trade 'em safe today folks,
till we can see if its a new legit zone or a gap to be filled
Sometimes they don't fill right up for days/months if it's real, no way for me to tell this early in the morning
so will do something else for an hour or two to assess properly and see where price meanders (or rushes)

JPY bank holiday yesterday, post their countries Elections
Opening Gaps on the big 'uns USDJPY & GBPJPY were not unexpected.
The Gaps didn't fill yesterday and was more pronounced as a runaway from the gap on the USDJPY, by the end of the day.
Still the mechanics were the same on both. Trader attractor targets could be followed all day showing where most trader interest might next occur.
(ie new trades enter OR old trades exit TP-SL)
Trade safe folks, let the market show us the way

An interesting election scenario for sure.
Aggregations (?)
If the gaps yesterday attracted many buyers towards them, then
the larger market (imho) needs to resolve any imbalance with its stretches & flushes in the opposite direction.
I trade in the attractor grids that turn up in between and I keep my head clear of the bigger runs potentials and just let the market do what it has to in the long run.
As such my pips takes are tighter but my risk safety is higher (well that's the plan anyways hahaa)

IB-Initial Balance=First hour of the Open. 820-920
Simple IB Range Expansions.... Simple Maths type of stuff for simpletons like me
Im just like my little friend here after a nut or two..
French door is right next to my office chair at home looking out in the yard...
