I am looking for a very low-risk Expert Advisor (EA). I don’t mind low profits, but it must be very safe and reliable.
The EA should work on any pair and use strategies such as Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps (FVG), and Support & Resistance.
It must include both Stop Loss (SL) and Take Profit (TP) settings.

Are you aware that this whole trading thing is like gambling at a casino???

Also, think about what you asked for... !!!
If any EA could make low profits very safely and reliably, it could also make high profits very safely and reliably.
Safety and reliability of an EA isn't a function of the amount of profit it can make.

I have general question about text on chart. It's possible to make a text transparent?
Like this as example:

As far as I know in MT4 you just change the colour setting to a lighter fixed standard MT4 colour or modify it (custom) an existing colour making it lighter and then adding it to custom colours where the RGB settings will be displayed.
In your case make the colour slightly darker.

The answer is NO, there is no transparency property in MQL4.
You can only set the whole label in background and experiment with colors.

BTW, a hotkey can be aasigned to every file in the Navigator window.
