bears target 3317 ..... How bears achieve these goals depends on big traders (tier 1, 2, and the owner of the pair/currency .... not dependent on traders) .... Sometimes being too detailed makes a post for easy to understand, but behind that there will be people/parties/groups who don't like the information provided.
