    Iranian state-owned outlet Press TV has released a new report quoting Major General Kowsari, a senior member of the Iranian Parliament's National Security Commission, who stated: "The Parliament has reached the conclusion that the Strait of Hormuz should be closed, but the final decision in this regard lies with the Supreme National Security Council." If Ayatollah Ali Khamenei approves the proposed closure of the critical maritime chokepoint—through which approximately 30% of global seaborne oil and 20% of LNG transit—Brent crude and natural gas futures will surge sharply this evening. i am a fan of america. but now, they are a big country why do they always have to join in all the conflicts. if america receives attacks from other countries. will they make peace even if they get threats from all countries. this is really unreasonable after all and threatening a country that is attacked to stop and then attacking it. israel is called the vanguard but who dares to attack america even after israel is not there. none. to protect investment is also unreasonable. the biggest investment is in their own country.

Interesting that pre market equities having zero reaction to the possible closure. They are also only down very slightly considering the strikes. I guess people will be jumping in to buy any sell off. Oil should pop over 80, but it’s tricky, one headline can send it many dollars in either direction instantly.

Iran has made it clear they are only considering this, media blowing it out of proportion. The leaders of Iran put themselves in this position by refusing to negotiate. Many people are hoping they close the strait, that is the excuse they need to go complete destruction mode on Iran. Are the Iranian leaders really want to eradicate themselves?
