IDF/USA (is there any reason to pretend they are not hand in glove?) have the Ayatollah's regime on its heels and are now dreaming big about regime change. God's chosen warmongers can no doubt set back Iranian nuclear aspirations by years now, but the regime change part is probably a stretch. The result could be civil war in Iran. US IS A Superpower, it's the most financially, militaraly and basically everything else (that matters) #1.

If you hate Israel, you're probably an antisemic - in which case i'd feel quite unfortunate for you.
Israel is not a superpower, but it's a strong country - very much so (especially in the Middle East)

Iran is a terrorist state, that funds multiple terror groups (Hamas, Hezbollah, Houtis & more).
Iran is a full dictatorship that tries to build a nuclear weapon so that no one would be able to touch them, and they'll be able to threathen the US just like North Korea. Iran is basically going to become a #2 North Korea unless US & Israel do something about it, in which case they must act.

The main deterrent before was having to send soldiers on foot to countries and having them come back in boxes. Now they just send drones to gather intelligence and areal bomb or use navy to shoot missiles to flatten everything. They never even see the dead bodies of the residents killed, so they won't even have to treat their personnel for psychological harm of witnessing the carnage.

Afghanistan was humiliating; Iraq kicked them out; obviously Vietnam and Korea.

I’m not sure why people jump to extreme conclusions with every headline. Nothing has actually happened. If the US does something it will be very limited to taking out nuclear sites, that’s it. I don’t know what Israel will do, but constantly assuming the end of the world or ww3 is completely ridiculous. Markets are exactly in their recent trading ranges, which means no one with power and/or money takes any of these headlines seriously.

Why is Iran not allowed to have nukes when other "evil" (actually just hostile to the West) countries like NK, Pakistan, Russia, and China are okay to have it? And despite being "evil" none of them ever bomb any Western countries. I'd like to think Iran having a nuke would ensure peace in the region instead with mutually assured destruction. All this current outrage is just Israel fears losing their bargaining power.
