I was out buying some low alcohol beer when price was at the bottom , matters not really, what is price doing when we are THERE does.

I'm just a trader, doing as best as I can, in the moment, is all.

I miss opportunities. Sure.
And I don't trade all day long.

But when I'm about,
I just try & observe what is happening in the markets, and what plays are being made available in those times.

Trade this stuff safely folks, they play games aplenty in the runs & swings imho.
But they do follow a footprint of past happenings I reckon (but again, just imho)

Great charts @Timetells. Learning from you each day. Placed a trade awhile ago. As always had confluence(s). RN, Time, Divergence. Good 15 pips. Attractor was Franky Open & DH/L but got out a little early.

Early Tokyo session....196 seems a good attractor and herd zone.

Boom the herd zone annihilated with a single candle. Learning from @Timetells. Read all his posts and you will find Golden Nuggets. Simple 7 pips in the bag. Might not suit everyone but its there right infront of us. Big players can't hide themselves. At times its difficult to spot. If not sure just wait, watch and learn cos moves will repeat for sure, be ready then. I had time today to watch the Tokyo session and got a trade in. Trade well all.

Yes it depends on the type of traders (long term or short term). Those big bull candles in Tokyo session were telling something...lol. After studying your charts for awhile, i also started trading short term. 5 to 15 pips is ok. I was very sure that after the break of 196 RN price would go for the next destination on the upper side, off course after a bit of manipulation. There were some orders at the PDH/L mark but not big enough. Previous monthly high was the target. BUT i was happy with my 7pips. Zero regrets. It seems that GBP/JPY has a certain style of movement. The longer you spend time watching it the easier it becomes to understand. It gets to its destination either way alot faster than other pairs. It kind of plays out the same way on most occasion. When it gets to a specific spot on the chart it gives info about what other traders' orders are to some extent. I maybe wrong but the big players show their hands and as very small participants we can just piggyback. There is really no guesswork cos whats happening at that specific level shows up. It is very clear on 1 minute charts. Nothing is guaranteed though but picture is mostly clear. Why i tend to take short term approach is because there can be bigger manipulation and my account ain't that big to sustain those drawdowns...lol. Once i get over 5 pips i am out. At times looking at the momentum i may squeeze a bit more.
