widened spreads on 12 lots seems like it could take you a long way down...

Reading between the lines I feel like they have no technical skill / developers to see this was just a huge error. And thus just can't reset the trades or do anything about it. Completely nuts to me how you can run a shell of a business like this. But sounds like it's the case.

Essentially according to their software I closed a position at the EXACT same time as I opened the next in the opposite direction. I reckon this has caused the software to bug, as a developer probably hasn't had this bug tested yet. And STILL they won't go check the chart or the trades to realise it's impossible to have lost 15k with a 12 lot on GU at that time. You've got all the open and close levels, all the TP and SL set. And STILL they say it went 129 pips against me whilst I had a 9 pip SL and lost $800....

As per the trading history for payout cycle i dont see any room for some BS denial....

that's how gaming business works (and works always in history in any gaming industry part). you can go in trading business anytime by open real account with a non 100% market making broker , so you switch from gaming to trading business... so this rule changes too.

I dont know, benny is promoting them now, owen owns funderpro. There is something weird about that company as there are two sides, you have prominent influencers getting paid and you have many complaints similar to the one above.

Some BS move from top1futures. They have reduced the drawdown from 6k to 4.5k for funded account and increasing the payout target by 1% i.e i guess 9k and need to trade now min. 10 days... in just matter of weeks they are on the backfoot....

Good luck to them crossed them from my list. Lucky i bought one STF 2 days back with 6k drawdown + 5days payouts + 7.5k payout target + NO DLL for 500$............

Yes, kind of what I have been saying since 2021, when I would constantly say if it isn't MFF or FTMO.....don't use them. You are spot on though.....slick marketing combined with under-educated traders makes for a great business that leans 100% in favor of the shady prop.

I get it. However, to earn the income to make trading worth it....you need at minimum 500K account and that is earning an elite 2.5% monthly. Most do not have 500K "disposable" income. So what happens, undercapitalized traders risk too much because they need far more than 2.5% monthly on their undercapitalized account to make it worth it.
I actually posted a few days ago, 95% fail NOT because 95% are bad traders, probably more like 60% are bad traders and 35% are under capitalized and blow accounts due to trying to make a living from an undersized account.
AUM IS THE KEY....no way to spin it otherwise. Under 1% of successful traders became wealthy trading THEIR OWN MONEY.

They are on the backfoot, no doubt but they in my opinion want to go with tradeify as for as payout is concerned. Revised MLL is BS, but no DLL.

My account too is old account so will not be affected

Yes, I think the initial offers on ALL STF accounts are to get some good cash flow. Even Tradeify, who I consider #1 futures firm right now, made several modifications as they went along. However, still no payout denials there, clear path to live, just introduced Tradeify TV......

With all due respect I don't need an indicator to see they are wrong.

The market moved at MAX 8 pips into profit before moving 6/7 pips against me to my SL.

Furthermore they claiming my lowest equity on the day from these trades was -15k. For that to happen the market had to move around 120pips against me. On that day the market moved 20 pips higher (if I didn't stop out before).

Where the hell are they getting the extra 15k loss from? No news, no spikes, no amount of slippage.

Just completely incompetent and wrong. It would take someone with low experience to look at that chart and see this market can't have moved 120pips against this guy our software is bugged here. But no they've one one brain cell between them and claim I lost 15k.

It's quite literally astounding how bad they could be. I was in disbelief when they kept saying it's correct.

Kept saying "but it has to have moved 120 pips to lose that much, go check the chart it doesn't even have a range of 120!". lol embarrassed for them at this point.

And the funny this is today I received a marketing email form them saying how they pay fast within 48 hours, complete lies.

yes , or a job!
job income + trading is often much more then only trading.
full time trading (switching from a job ) should be only done when you know how to calculate when you shoud switch (so know trading basics).

i started very small (plus job same time) and did grow up from this, and after 20 years when i calculate the performance in percent on this, its very big (and i never paid in again after my first pay in). advantage is, when trading small the percentage of win was very high too , but same time the experience was lower. and if i would start small again it would be extrem now (when you would use this same experience)...

Increased payout target as well. Which makes no sense to go with STF anymore better to do regular challenge coz better chance to get the payout without nonsense payout target.

Exactly, it's complete bollocks, and today I got suspended again for asking on discord about the status of my payout.

fast 48 hours payout? lies, all lies.

I don't use X, but if someone else does perhaps they could share my case on my behalf?
