Today, the aDTR 21 range is 876 pips. One-third of that value is 292 pips, so with a 0.5% risk and 292 pips stop, the lot size is 0.04 (25k account).

#1 Your risk is too big per trade. With small money, max 3% risk per trade or a day.
#2 Convert your risk into the number of pips you aim to gain daily. Also, don’t set your pip target too low when trading Gold, because its ADR is 800–900 pips — if the price has only moved 100–150 pips, you could already be in a loss.
#3 Don't shy to use always BE+1

If someone gives a signal, review it. But if someone trades, then you can either follow or not follow immediately.

Long term buy on Gold. Strength meter indicates further bullish momentum !! There's a nice rebound with a nice price action from the box I drew on the screenshot! 3336 is the intended price that Gold can reach. Looking at the daily chart.

Yes, but not in just any zone either. I prefer maybe after the London Open and a bit closer to the Dragon (EMA, Averages), mainly because the stop loss is only around 300 pips. So trading entry in the Goldilocks Zone might be a good alternative.
