In my view, gold is showing a strong bullish momentum after a clear reversal from the $3,220–$3,240 zone, which acted as a short-term bottom. The price has been climbing steadily, and we’re now trading around $3,365, where the market is approaching a key resistance area that previously acted as a consolidation zone.

I can see that gold is re-testing an important volume area that stretches between $3,340 and $3,370, this zone had heavy market participation in the past, and we’re now seeing the price hesitate slightly as it re-enters it. If buyers manage to break and hold above this level, I think the next logical target would be around $3,400–$3,420, where the previous sell-off started.

The RSI is currently around 65, suggesting strong upward momentum but also getting closer to overbought territory. This could mean we’ll either see a short consolidation or a minor pullback before any further rally. If a correction happens, I’ll be watching the $3,320 area as potential short-term support, since it previously acted as a minor breakout level.

Overall, I remain cautiously optimistic. The structure looks bullish, but the market is now sitting inside a previous high-volume zone, so a pause or some volatility here wouldn't surprise me. If bulls stay in control above $3,370, we could see an extension toward the $3,400+ region.

A 100-pip stop loss still seems too tight in my opinion if the price moves 900 pips a day. At least 300 pips would give the price enough room to fluctuate. But how much is that 100 pips in %?
