I agree and always have even going back to the forex props I always said the same.....who cares where it comes from as long as they pay.
I was just commenting on the potential slowness in payouts perhaps being due to cash flow issues.

Money in from futureselite, but I just realised I got pulled a fast one. Think better not waste your time on them.

1. They accused me of DCA and said they deducted X amount from my withdrawal and would pay me Y only.
2. I showed proof that I always closed 1 trade before starting another.
3. They said they would review again.
4. Came back and said they would pay the full X+Y amount.
5. I accepted.
6. Money came in.
7. I just checked back and realised that I should have been paid out > X + Y.

Got scammed by fixating and anchoring on the number they gave me instead of checking on the actual amount I requested. Now I'll have to go and see if they'll actually pay the difference. Guess I was shocked by the DCA accusation and the large amount they wanted to deduct from the payout.

I just messaged a couple of fellas on discord who got a payout and seems like they got money randomly deducted with accusations of hedging or DCA as well.

Just reading on elitetrader that the daily loss on an FTMO account would be a TRAILING drawdown , not fixed

can anyone confirm this ?

This is why I am accumulating 10 darwins with 100K permanent allocation on each. I will gladly pay 5K for a $3,750 per month income by grinding out a low risk, stress free 2.5% per month. Not including the growth I will recieve from their seed allocations and/or investor allocations. Just obtaining the minimum 30K rolling, cumulative 3 month, total 90K seed on each, income will be $7,500/month. Once gain, 2.5% per month with no rules on DD, no consistency, no DCA, no hedging, no news, etc, etc etc. Even if some wind up correlated and do not participate in additional allocations for 1 month, the 100K is not impacted whatsoever by correlation.

My accounts are not trailing.

In other news, about to pass a 5ers account using a basic entry strategy and tight risk management abuse like the hedgers from props (but i am not hedging).

They follow various tactics not to pay you.

The DCA accuse is first.

In next payouts, some other strategies, they will follow in order not to pay you.

As I said, I will be OFF from cheap offers from cheating firms.

I know that these days this thread is mostly talking about futures prop firms, but looking back at the retail forex prop firms, besides the 2 favorite options FTMO and the 5ers, which other prop firms would you consider as an alternative good option?

I've had a look at the list on prop firm match, but I don't trust it very much as I think those are mostly paid to be there.

they dont pay to be on match, but once they are on they do pay match commission.

just to confirm is dca banned??? I thought it was acceptable

projectx use tradingview charts so any tradingview indicator will work… also they have a copier …. Can only connect same firm accounts for multiple firms you gonna get different projectx

1. Dont dca
2. Use same size
3. 1:1 risk
it’ll always get you payout without any hassle…..,,,,

It's "allowed", but the you aren't supposed to use it as the "primary" trading method.

Problem was that I did ZERO DCA. I closed EVERY trade before opening a new one and the interval was minutes to hours between trades yet they said their script signalled that I did a cluster of DCA on the same product with over 10 trades, yet I only made 6 trades on the day.

If you look at their reviews on trustpilot or just privately DM others users on discord with payouts, you can see the pattern of false accusations and reducing payouts.

Also, if you look at their discord, they only pay out a few k a day since users must share the payout certificate on discord before they continue with the payout process. So, I believe they have liquidity issues.

But maltrader is with a firm that does allow DCA plus he didn't even do DCA.......yet they are denying/ reducing for DCA. Most of these firms truly are doing whatever they want, paying whoever they wish and denying whoever they wish....it is a very un level playing field.

highly possible... as i said before only reason to entertain these firms coz of CHEAP ASS CHALLENGES.....

I am not promoting them at all......

Just resetted 5x50k accounts only cost 35$ a piece(40% off plus i increased target to 4k) irresistible........

About DCA
i also had some problems with DCA! I never in my trding experience did DCA except for very few trades (always ended in loss btw).
but when I came to challenges where you can trade 15 or 20 contracts, itchy finger wants to reduce the entry price and adding on a trade even if wrong, and keep adding on the new candle, to see a trade going from -500 to straight +3200 is tasty!
then you come to the funded stage, you repeat the thing, and they deny your payout.

I would say they are right indeed no one would ever push a 15contracts trade on a losing trade risking to blow the entire account.

so I always come to the same conclusion: the total contract size allowed is just marketing! Do not even care about, unless you really know your risk … so knowing how much you lose on a 5 or 10 or more size. Considering the max loss is approx 3 to 5k on a large account, the calculation is simple: anything more than 5 micro contracts is huge overleveraging! Trading 1 min is already a large size!! I would not even consider 1 mini on a 5k live account…
If you read the rules, even scaling into a profitable trade is not really truly allowed. I mean, sell @ 10 and as price goes lower adding like a nut to target @9.5… if there is no a clear strategy behind the sacle up, the firm would probably consider it a DCA or a risk management failure!

this said, it is sad firms deny payout due to ghost DCA or ghost breaches, not showing clear reasons. There should be some general rules to impose clear reasonings from both sides of course! But that would mean a lot of work. These firms are working on AI and i guess they have very few employees to scan what the AI misses out or messes up….

FX-PEC.COM presents itself as a legitimate PROP TRADING, but numerous reports and user experiences indicate it is a scam operation. Users have reported that withdrawals are outright denied. When users request payouts, the platform frequently cites questionable reasons such as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification issues or IP address discrepancies to avoid disbursing funds.
In many cases, even after submitting all required KYC documents, users receive no response or are asked to repeat the process without resolution.
If you're considering investing or trading with fx-pec.com, exercise extreme caution. Multiple red flags indicate that this is a fraudulent scheme designed to trap unsuspecting participants.

In a normal world, any firm that prohibited DCA would be questioned about artificial slippage, unrealistic/bad fills, exaggerated market impact, and the encouragement of chasing sub-optimal trades — all of which can lead to poor trading habits and behaviors that are often not reflective of real market conditions and that would otherwise be punished in live trading.

I guess that this is the price that some traders are willing to pay for working with a firm that clearly maintains a conflict of interest with their traders and does not truly wish for them to succeed. I guess that this applies to most remote prop firms. I wonder if Murtuza Kazmi is still a millionaire...

If any one is doing DCA without breaching the permitted total risk, should be fine... logically. However, any firm that strictly does not allow DCA, should be avoided anyway.

So what’s the point of having a daily loss rule and a max loss rule?

When you beat them at their own game, playing by their rules, they respond by adding more restrictions like banning DCA and claiming it’s for your benefit.
